Welcome to our little biscuit shop, thanks for coming here. We are a locally owned and operated establishment, whose sole focus is homemade, delicious, Southern-style American breakfast.
All American Combo
For those feeling like a more traditional approach to breakfast- we've got you covered! This is a true American Breakfast served up with one of our jumbo-sized biscuits OR a stack of 3 flapjacks and your choice of butter and jam OR butter and syrup. The rest of the plate is filled with two cheesy-scrambled eggs and 3 slices of hickory-smoked bacon OR a breakfast sausage cooked-to-order. To finish it off, we add a perfectly crisp hashbrown.

Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit
A hot and buttery biscuit that has been opened up and filled with a generous amount of scrambled eggs held together by a single slice of melted cheddar cheese. This pile is then piled even higher with 3 slices of Hickory Smoked Bacon before being re-topped and wrapped tightly for your eating pleasure. It’s an entire breakfast in one mouth-watering biscuit. Not for the faint of heart!

Chicken Biscuit
Simple yet incredible. First, we take one of our fresh made southern biscuits and split it open sideways. Then we take a thick-cut, overnight marinated and specially seasoned chicken filet and fry it up to a perfectly crisp golden brown. We then add the two together to make our very own and insatiably good breakfast chicken sandwich.

Sausage, Egg and Cheese
This is another one of our breakfast-in-one combinations. We take a hot and fluffy biscuit and we slice it down the middle. Then, starting from the bottom, we proceed to lay down a fresh layer of cooked-to-order scrambled eggs that gets secured in place by a single slice of melted cheddar cheese. We then finish the combination by adding a nice and juicy sausage patty over the eggs and cheese mix before closing it all back up and giving it to you.
